Returns & Exchanges


Your return package must be postmarked within 21 days from the order delivery date. Returns postmarked beyond this timeframe or failing to meet our return policy criteria will regrettably not be accepted.

We offer free return shipping for returns postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date (48 U.S. Contingent States Only). Beyond 7 days, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping all returns.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.  

International orders have a return window of 21 days from the date your order is delivered. 

To return an item, visit the Yoyo Reign Returns Center. Here, you will initiate the return process. If you are ineligible for free return shipping and are given an option to select a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your refund amount will also not include the original cost to ship the item to you.

To return the item(s), place it securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address listed.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Your order will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Your refund amount will not include the original cost to ship the item to you. If customer received promotional free shipping in the original order, we do not deduct original shipping cost from the refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
