Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY 
You have 21 days from the date your order ships to return your item(s). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping all returns. 

International orders have a return window of 30 days from the date your order ships. 

RETURN PROCESS 
To return an item, visit the Yoyo Reign Returns Center. Here, you will initiate the return process. If you are given an option to select a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your refund amount will also not include the original cost to ship the item to you. To return the item(s), place it securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address listed.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  

REFUNDS 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Your order will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Your refund amount will not include the original cost to ship the item to you. If customer received promotional free shipping in the original order, we do not deduct original shipping cost from the refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

EXCHANGES
Sorry, we do not accept exchanges at this time but may offer them in the future. 

EXCEPTIONS 
The following items cannot be returned:

●  Giftcards
●  Health & Personal Care Items
●  Accessories (Jewelry, Sunglasses, Hats, Press-on Nails)
●  Clearance/ Final Sale Items

●  All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and
undamaged, with all tags attached. Items must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).
