What is Yoyo Reign's return policy?
RETURN POLICY
Your return package must be postmarked within 21 days from the order delivery date. Returns postmarked beyond this timeframe or failing to meet our return policy criteria will regrettably not be accepted.
We offer free return shipping for returns postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date (48 U.S. Contingent States Only). Beyond 7 days, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping all returns.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
International orders have a return window of 21 days from the date your order is delivered.

What is your shipping policy and do you offer free shipping?
We offer free 3-day shipping valid on orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not allow adjustments on previous purchases. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Offer is nontransferable and is not redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Yoyo Reign reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
Yoyo Reign ships to all 50 U.S. states, U.S territories, Canada, the U.K, Australia, the Netherlands and more. We're continuously updating our shipping destinations.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It will generally take anywhere between 3-6 business days for your order to arrive once your order has shipped. Please allow a maximum of 1-2 days of processing time to ship the items although, most orders are shipped within 24 hours or the order being placed.
