Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
You can Track Your Order here at anytime. Make sure to have your order number and email address/ phone number (if applicable) used for the order.

Please also allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Yoyo Reign is based in the United States and ships worldwide.
As soon as your package has shipped, you may recieve an email notification with confrimation of the shipment. The email will provide a tracking number that can be used either on the carriers website or, you can Track Your Package here at anytime.
Returns are valid for a refund in the form of original payment or store credit within 21 days of the ship date.

● Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
● All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and
undamaged, with all tags attached. Items must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).

Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
